Art Direction, UI, UX, Mobile Design, Responsive Design, Visual Design, Design Systems
I teamed up with digital studio Cloudred in the complete redesign of The Museum of Jewish Heritage's website. This new website launch coincided with the museum’s 20 year anniversary. For this milestone they wanted a website that showcased its picturesque location in Battery Park City and its relation to other great destinations in Lower Manhattan.
Along with helping create a unified art direction, I created a design system that promoted MJH as a hub to other great tourist destinations in the area.
I owned the UI creation process through sketches, wireframes, and visual design output, creating the final UI design system that would be responsive and consistent across mobile and desktop.
Analytics showed a significant increase in MJH users, page views, and session duration over the previous year. The finished site not only brings brings clarity to MJH’s mission, but its place within unique spaces in NYC.
