Proposing long term design solutions
I worked with Citizens Lending Services to design the loan origination dashboard and UX for student loan refinancing. With the core user flows established, the team wanted to commence work on a creating cross-promotional ad space for other Citizens banking products.
I closely with the team to understand the business usecase and and created a system that allowed for flexibility to create ads while saving development time.
User testing gave positive feedback on my designs cleaner and more content-focused approach.
My promo template was designed from the ground up to be responsive, and to accomodate various page widths and placements.
My designs are built to be content-adaptive, allowing a promo to be as detailed or minimal as that campaign needs to be.
Results
For the first run of promos using this new design, sign up rates slightly increased from the previous standard for comparable campaigns. My modular designs were submitted into the design system to be utilized by all.
