As the Citizens Bank design team grew, so did the scope and complexity of our projects. In an effort to constantly improve our UX solutions, we partnered with our UX research team to implement a simplified process to quickly run user tests on in-progress designs to gather formative evaluations and data. This process enabled faster iterations and provided user-based evidence for design implementations.
Per best practice, we would only write test scripts for designs that we did not create, preventing the potential for biased results.
