As the embedded UX lead within Fidelity Investments’ Intelligent Automation group, I partnered with three engineering teams to design enterprise tools that authenticate and process high-volume retirement fund requests. These systems were mission-critical to associate workflows and directly impacted customer wait times.

I led the end-to-end UX process including analyzing the user needs of associates, workflow mapping, and UI design. I modernized complex money withdrawal & query scenarios and introduced scalable interaction patterns that streamlined this in order to save time for the customer.

My design accomplishments included the establishment of streamlined UX workflows to reduce processing time and breathing life into an internal AI assistant tool.
