As the embedded UX lead within Fidelity’s Intelligent Automation group, I partnered with 3 engineering teams to design human-in-the-loop AI enterprise tools. I established patterns for AI data that simplified workflows for customer service associates.

I successfully reduced workflow friction for associates, leading to a 18% quarterly increase in the volume of processed work items. My UX design for a prototype AI assistant was instrumental in securing budget approval for continued development.
